Endometriosis Exhaustion: I'm Getting SLAMMED With Endo Blog Emails (& I Am NOT Complaining)!!! Please Be Keep Being Patient W/My Response Rate. :)
Dear wonderful, patient endo blog readers,
I eventually started to count my incoming emails today because there were so many (and from many countries too)! I whipped through answering so many, so fast that I didn't count them all but it absolutely had to be nearly 200 incoming emails easily!
Clearly, there is only one of me and lots of you. So please continue to be as wonderfully patient as you've been.
PLEASE keep those comments coming!
My intention is NOT to discourage comment-posting!!!
I just wanted you to know it may take a bit for me to respond in the next couple of days at the rate things are going.
PLEASE DO keep the comments coming fast & furious --- and I will keep doing my best to respond as quickly as possible. It's MUCH faster for me to address posted comments on the blog rather than direct emails.
So, unless you have something private to discuss offline... please post it and I'll post a response right on the blog ASAP. Sound good to you?
Thanks again for your patience. I'm whittling down those emails. I just counted 67 unopened from today that I haven't touched yet so I'd better get back to email for now!
My planned post for today about the BlogHer '08 Conference (a note which is still sitting unfinished in my drafts!)... should be published soon. I'm hoping for tomorrow.
In the meantime, have FUN playing with the BlogHer widget --- it's located right under my bio in the sidebar. It gives you access to many, many cool blogs!!!
Just click on any that look good to you & the blog will pop up! (I added my blog in there even though I wasn't in San Francisco for BlogHer this weekend. I believe this is part of why I got slammed w/emails today. I am NOT complaining!)
Search for me by name and you'll find me in the widget! (I was in San Fran in spirit today)! :)
Take care,
Jeanne

Well, thanks to you I have now comments coming in again as well. Even if it's not for endo... you still helped me big time ;)
Cheers!
This is well deserved response to your very informative blog.
I have post comments on BlogHer before. I don't remember if I joined or not. I know I did not see that pretty widget or I would have put it on my blog.
I am going to check my pass words and see if I am a member. If not, I will join.
Once again you have given me good advice.
Konstantin Koss,
Thank you for taking the time to post a comment here!
You don't have to be an endometriosis patient to follow my blog.
I'm glad you now have comments posting to your blog like they should and that we got that glitch worked out.
Let me introduce Konstantin to my blog readers. He is located in Germany and writes a great blog on relaxation:
http://realrelaxation.net/
As many endo blog readers know, I try to emphasize the importance of relaxation techniques, alternative medicine, integrative medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture (!!) and all sorts of helpful modalities and lifestyle practices.
Please check our Konstantin Koss' relaxation site. It's great to see someone devoting their energy to such a site!
A relaxation blog could be "just what the doctor ordered" for some of us when we are stressed out and it's making us sicker!
(As always, please refer to my disclaimer at the top of my homepage. This blog does not dispense medical advice)...
Thank you Konstantin, for your efforts to get my comment to post properly on your blog and for taking time to post here.
I look forward to receiving emails from you since I did subscribe on your blog for updates. Cheers! :)
Thanks again! :)
Peace,
Jeanne
mckay k,
Thank you! You always have something uplifting to say. :)
If you want the BlogHer widget, just take it from my blog. Click on "get widget" at the bottom of my widget.
I didn't go to the conference but you can better believe I took their option to add my blog onto the widget!!! If you want to add your blog to the widget, just click on "add yourself" at the top of thw widget.
Then upload your picture and list your site name and stuff. For example, I added my pic with the words "Jeanne" for my name and "Jeanne's Endo Blog" for the blog name. That's it!
I didn't put the blog address. I didn't have to! If anyone clicks on what I added... BOOM ... it takes them right to my blog!!!
Cool, huh? That's part of why I got so slammed yesterday... with BlogHer people emailing me after seeing me on the widget. I just put my blog on the BlogHer widget yesterday!
Most of my getting hammered yesterday was from MyBlogLog, though. Wow! Lots of email, including in other languages from other countries!
Anyway, don't worry about if you are/aren't a BlogHer member. You can just grab the widget from my blog! Let me know if you need any help. It worked well for me.
I hunted through BlogHer's website yesterday and that was where I grabbed the pretty widget.
It's so cool because any of those blogs on it that you click on is a female blogger who either went to the conference, is a BlogHer member, or just plain grabbed the widget like I did!
Don't worry about passwords to join BlogHer to get the widget. Just grab it from my site by clicking "get widget" on the bottom of my widget.
That's it. Then just input your info if you like OR leave it as is. I figured why not add my blog in if it would let me?? It let me right in! Cool! :)
I don't give advice... just suggestions and ideas. I'm not wise enough to be giving advice to people! :)

Olá!
Tudo bem?
Vim lhe fazer uma visita, embora já conhecesse seu blog.
Obrigada por visitar meu pequeno espaço.
See you soon.
Beijos!
PS:Vc conhece o Haloscan?É excelente pra se deixar comentários e tambem mais fácil de interagir.
"Angel" in Rio de Janeiro!,
Olá! :)
I am so sorry that I do not speak/read Portuguese and I'm still searching for a translator that will properly install on my blog!!
I tried installing the one you have on your nature blog but no luck. Babel Alta Vista didn't work either. I'm searching for an alternative.
See you soon! :)
P.S. I will search on the Haloscan you mentioned and see if it has any translator tools. I am determined to get past this language barrier! Please be patient while I search for the answer to this translation problem. Does anyone you know read/write English? Maybe someone could help you on your end while I'm searching for software?? I do not know anyone who speaks Portuguese. I wish I could understand you! We WILL get this worked out. I did preview this blog successfully in Portuguese using Babel BUT the installation of its software failed. I did see this blog in Portuguese, though. So I know it can be done! See you soon!
Endo Blog Readers,
Just a quick update for those following this thread. I did not feel comfortable clicking "reject" on the Portuguese comment posted earlier today by Angel. So I posted it this morning without knowing what it said.
I have spent a great deal of time searching the Internet for a free translation device so that I could interpret Angel's comment but posted it in the meantime.
I finally found a translation device that will translate small bits at a time. I looked at Angel's message and it appears she may have posted here in error.
I don't see anything in her comment about endometriosis or chronic illness.
Sooooo, I sent her a message with the translation website asking for clarification.
That's the scoop for now!
Jeanne
