Thank you for reposting. Maybe should repost every once in awhile for reminders to people that the depression associated with chronic illnesses is common and they are not alone in this.
Hi Jeanne;
It is always a good feeling to visit you.
Publishing Information on suicide prevention is proactive. You never know why the thought came to you. Moreover, you may never know whom you helped.
Thanks for the reminder of the sometimes-devastating results that prolonged symptoms of endometriosis as well as other chronic illnesses can materialize.
Be well
Mckay k,
I wish I could say this was totally proactive. Let's just say this is the best thing I can do when I think someone may be in trouble and I can't reach them.
If I post this here, then I know I have made the info available. I can only hope and pray that if someone needs this information, they will use it.
It's nice to hear from you again and I'm glad you're feeling better. I have been worried about you and I knew you must be really sick.
Jeanne
Alicia,
Depression is extremely common to co-exist with chronic illnesses. I think you're right that I should repost this more frequently because there are so many people out there who are suffering, scared, and feeling hopeless.
There is help available and I think it's important to highlight that fact.
Jeanne
